Change is the only constant — We have heard this line many times in our lives and yet our first reaction to change is resistance. We have all seen what happens when one does not change as per the need of the hour.

While a lot has changed around us, the way we teach hasn’t.

The role grit plays in success has become a well-researched topic spearheaded by Angela Duckworth, who was catapulted to the forefront of the field after delivering a TED talk. Angela Lee Duckworth authorized of ‘Grit’ received the MacArthur fellowship, otherwise known as the “Genius Grant,” to continue her work.
