I witnessed today the reaction of someone operating from primordial fear. It got me thinking of how excessive dark and toxic emotional unhealed parts of ourselves can actually hijack our entire brain. How many children that grow up not healing childhood trauma would then become parents who continue the cycle of automatic, reactive and instinctual patterns that lead to impulsive toxic behaviour? How much of conflict and terror in our world could be caused by this? How many adults, leaders, Prime Ministers, Presidents supposed to lead us and keep us safe that may actually be operating from primordial fear and old patterns of hurt, betrayal, loss and conflict?

Should schooling actually be a place of self-coaching, inner healing and inner bonding … a place where we learn to go beyond our self-importance, our limiting ideas and preconceptions. A place where we learn to relate to ourselves so that the way we relate with others can evolve and we could then perhaps reduce conflict and suffering?
